As Application Developer you will play important role in the development and maintenance of enterprise Risk Management System and Business Intelligence platforms. Contribute to the design, development and deployment various software components. Developer will interact with the business user community to gather requirements for various projects.
**Key Responsibilities:
Participate in project planning sessions with product/project managers, business analysts and team members to analyze business requirements and outline the proposed IT solution.
Design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations; incorporate security requirements into design; and provide input to information/data flow, and understand and comply with Project Life Cycle Methodology in all planning steps.
Adhere to IT Control Policies throughout design, development and testing and incorporate Corporate Architectural Standards into application design specifications.
Document the detailed application specifications, translate technical requirements into programmed application modules and develop/Enhance software application modules.
Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications; identify/troubleshoot application code-related issues; and review and provide feedback to the final user documentation.

Qualifications
**_Minimum Requirements:
_**
* Minimum 7+ years fo hands on software development in large, complex enterprise environments.
* Minimum 4+ years recent hands-on software development work experience in large-scale distributed technology projects in a J2EE environment
* Minimum of 3+ years server side development experience with J2EE and/or EJB''s
* Minimum of 2+ years experience with PL/SQL
* Minimum of 2+ years experience of the software development release lifecycle and source management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
* Bachelor or Master''s degree in Engineering, Computer science or equivalent with relevant experience.
* Strong communication skills, both written and oral

* Experience with the Financial/Payment Processing Services industry and/or high volume transaction processing systems.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment and handle multiple issues at one time as a team lead/individual contributor.
* Deep understanding of, and passion for, SDLC processes and automated tools, spanning requirements/issue management, defect tracking, source control, build automation, test automation and release management.
* Exposure to Open Source technologies (Maven/Ant, Junit, Log4J, MyBatis, etc)
* Experience with web frameworks – Spring MVC and/or JSF
* Experience with Web Services Development - JAX-WS, JAX-RS, Enterprise Service Bus, JQuery, CSS, HTML 5
* Experience with WebSphere/Weblogic and conversion from Weblogic to WebSphere.
* Experience with industry standard Business Intelligence tools and/or at least one of the Java based Business Rules Management Systems
* Experience with Business process management tools preferably Pega PRPC
* Experience with Agile software development.
* Experience in Application Security Code Review and/or Application Vulnerability Assessment.
