**Position Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to gain experience in all aspects of marketing, including marketing strategy development, content creation and design, direct to client, web-based marketing and analysis of marketing efforts. This key member of the J.P. Morgan Securities marketing team will develop, implement, and track a wide array of marketing projects to support the growth of J.P. Morgan’s banking, mortgage and credit solutions. The Senior Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Marketing for J.P. Morgan Securities and will work closely with members of the senior management team.

This professional will work closely with members of the capital advisory team to develop, test and implement ideas to increase the penetration of banking and credit solutions in our business. This individual will also build close working relationships with financial advisors and regional directors in order to understand business and sales needs and develop effective marketing initiatives and collateral to support them. The ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and will think creatively to develop and execute marketing campaigns across many channels (direct to client, internal to advisors, digital). The ideal candidate is able to manage projects effectively and is interested in being involved in every aspect of the wealth management business, including recruiting, sales, legal/compliance, technology and product management.

The JPMS Senior Marketing Manager will have the following responsibilities:

**Develop tools and materials to support advisors in growing their banking and lending business:

* Develop a comprehensive marketing plan to help increase penetration of banking and lending solutions. Work closely with capital advisory team to execute and **measure results.

* Develop marketing suite to support growth of banking and lending materials integrating the firm’s thought leadership into timely materials (i.e. tax efficient strategies for borrowing etc.)

* Develop digital based campaigns to test new initiatives to drive prospect leads into JPMS (i.e. google search, banner testing). Track results and refine efforts for future initiatives.

* Support regional directors in event planning, execution and measurement of results. Develop and execute follow up strategies for advisors to use post-event and measure results.

* Responsible for spearheading video based campaigns to share best practices of advisors who are utilizing the banking and lending platform.

**Develop direct to client timely campaigns to help advisors grow banking and lending business:

* Develop timely direct to client direct mail, email and digital campaigns tied to seasonal opportunities (i.e. integrated tax season campaign, mortgage opportunity, banking opportunity)

* Leverage intellectual capital of the firm to create client facing materials to drive client and prospect outreach and promote as campaigns for advisor use. Campaigns can include: suite of materials for all advisors, targeted outreach to deploy direct to client campaigns on behalf of top/high potential advisors, digital marketing including development of microsites.

* Manage thematic calendar of content that will be available to advisors to promote banking, mortgage and credit solutions.

* Work closely with partners across the firm to understand content in development

**Support recruiting efforts to promote JPMS and our platform to potential new hires

* Support recruiting efforts in promoting banking and lending marketing initiatives to new recruits.

Qualifications

* Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related business discipline.

* Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience at a wealth management firm, preferably targeting high net worth clients.

* Knowledge of banking and lending products.

* Knowledge of direct mail, email campaigns and digital campaigns.

* Familiarity with the wealth management business, investment products and experience working with financial advisors.

* Strong writing and editing skills. Ability to translate client needs and product benefits into effective marketing content.

* Experience providing effective direction to writers and designers.

* Consultative marketing approach and the ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

* Excellent project management, problem-solving and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple priorities and projects at one time.

* Willingness to be involved in all aspects of developing and implementing marketing programs.

* Series 7 license preferred (or willingness to acquire).
