Risk and Security Management (RSM) provides governance and resiliency services for all of GTI, risk management services for all of GTI, providing the right access to the right people at the right time for all technology platforms and applications supported by RSM, and provides a comprehensive set of solutions, tools, and staff to globally implement, monitor and manage all infrastructure based Security Events and State Issues. This group is comprised of Business Operations, Global Resiliency Management, Global Risk Management Evaluation and Governance Services, Global Security Operations, Identity and Access Management Technical Services, and Infrastructure Security.

The **Privileged Access Engineer** is responsible for the management of the Enterprise Password Vault (EPV) and Application Identity Management (AIM) infrastructures including the testing and development environments. The ideal candidate will understand Unix, Windows Server, Server Clustering, PERL, .NET, and WMI, and will have strong scripting skills along with database management, SQL query proficiency, and a solid understanding of Privileged and Emergency Access. The Engineer will be considered a subject matter expert in their field and is expected to stay current with various technologies, organizational goals and industry trends to drive value.

Responsibilities:

* Reviews root cause analysis to identify, recommend and implement best practices

* Manage multiple initiatives and related activities concurrently

* Identify and solve performance issues

* Help determine feasibility of product requests and time estimates

* Work closely with project and product managers to drive technical requirements in products

* Perform and participate in design and code reviews

* Provide escalation support for production issues

* Determining impacts based upon Requirements Definition Sessions

* Creating technical documentation to instruct technical resources

* Serves as a technical resource for the team regarding development, testing, and defect research and resolution

* Answer general inquiries regarding information security practices or security access

* Make recommendations for implementing desired level of access controls

* Provide engineering expertise for the MAS initiative

* Work closely with controls and governance teams to address audit gaps

* Analysis of the enterprise password vault infrastructure and policies to ensure a healthy state at all times

* Troubleshoot and resolve security system access issues

* Interface with Internal Audit to represent Operating and Engineering on process, procedures & methodology

* Respond to requests by external regulatory agencies regarding the operations of Privileged Access Management

* Perform internal assessments of compliance to the firm’s security policies and standards

* Develop business continuity and disaster recovery plans for EPV

* Conduct internal recovery exercise for business continuity and disaster recovery plans in conjunction with ITRSM

Qualifications

Qualifications:

* 3 plus years experience with Information Security policies/practices

* 3-5 years scripting experience with any of the following scripting languages: (VB, Perl, Shell, .Net, etc.)

* 3 plus years experience with any of the following programming languages: .NET, JAVA, Visual Basic, C#, C, C++

* Minimum of 2 years experience with any of the following databases: SQL Server, Oracle, MySql

* Experience with source code control tools such as (VSS, SVN, ClearCase)

* Ability to estimate work effort and track the hours of that work effort through project implementation

* Ability to multi-task

* Ability to prioritize workload in order to assure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met

* Excellent client interfacing skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with all levels of management

* Ability to interface with auditors and regulators including the ability to remain calm under pressure

* Ability to work independently and in team settings of various sizes and locations

* Experience operating with colleagues across different time zones with a flexible approach to working hours in order to successfully interact and communicate on a global level

* Experience leading technology initiatives

* Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly

* Extensive experience with client/server environments

* Basic project management knowledge

* Familiarity with Cyber-Ark enterprise password vault software a plus

* Experience with business continuity and disaster recovery planning and testing a plus
