This is a senior developer position. The individual will provide technical leadership and drive improvements in the Commercial Banking Technology applications.
A senior application developer is responsible for all phases of development to ensure the project timelines and business objectives are achieved; this includes technical design, writing technical specifications, understanding business requirements, coding, unit testing, integration testing, and production
implementation. Development tasks span entire applications, from batch processing, desktop application to web-based user interface development. To be successful, this senior role will not only be expected to have mastery of technological requirements below, but also must have been a successful leader in prior business environments. A technical lead must have demonstrated the ability to lead and succeed in a group environment, display flexibility, and communicate proficiently in all mediums.

Qualifications
* 10+ years of Software Development Experience including strong knowledge and use of SDLC methodologies and best practices
* 10+ years of Appllication Development in Powerbuilder
* 5+ years of Object Oriented Design using Powerbuilder
* 5+ years of Relational Database Experience, preferably Oracle, and SQL
* 1+ years of Unix and Shell Scripting Technologies
* Strong ability to estimate design and development tasks as well as mentor junior level developers
* Working Knowledge of version and revision control practices and procedures
* Advanced Datawindows, user objects, Transaction management, use of office controls in desktop applications, security management, encryption and hashing, use of oracle procedures within Powerbuilder, GUI Design
* Database Oracle 10G, 11G, PL/SQL
* Unit Testing, version control, build management, performance tuning
* Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology. Master''s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or Information Technology a plus.
