This is an **Agile Java Developer** position. JMPChase Mortgage Banking Technology is looking for hands on Applications Developer to play a critical role on the Java Application Development Team (JAD). As a developer in a Scrum team in Columbus, He/She will be engaged in development work using best practices and Scrum methodologies. He/She must be a team player and good at multi-tasking to cope up with shifting business priorities. Candidate must have a professional attitude and should be able to work effectively in an agile environment. The candidate will work with other developers, analyst and client teams.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have:
* 6+ years total experience
* Strong hands-on experience in JAVA-JEE/Spring (Core, Data, MVC), Hibernate or other ORM tool, JQuery, JQuery-UI/Bootstrap, JUnit with any Mocking framework like Mockito/Spock, Behavioral testing using Geb/Cucumber
* Strong SQL and experience in ORACLE/SYBASE/DB2
* Ability to debug and troubleshoot problems
* Experience designing and developing high-availability / business critical applications with the understanding of Unix / Linux, load balancers, clustering
* Experience with Web Services (SOAP and REST)
* Experience using Maven or Similar build tool
* Experience using SONAR or similar code quality analyzer
* Working experience with Jenkins or similar Continuous Integration tool
* Hands on Agile experience working in a Scrum team, estimating and prioritizing work
* Written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have:
* Groovy/Grails Experience
* Mortgage/Auto Finance/Banking background
