The Enterprise Sales Manager is expected to drive the enterprise account business in Japan. Potential enterprise accounts must be identified and targeted to generate demand and close the business in co-operation with VAR/SI’s. The sales model is a high-touch sales where they contact and develop the business relationship with those targeted enterprise accounts. The Enterprise Sales Manager is fully responsible for achieving sales, profitability and executing sales promotion programs.

The Enterprise Sales Manager represents the entire range of scanning, mobility and printing products and services.

The Enterprise Sales Manager reports to General Manager of S&PS Japan.

The Enterprise Sales Manager is expected to:
• Over-achieve the AOP successfully
• Develop a sales strategy, an execution plan and review the results
• Develop business with existing and new enterprise accounts
• Actively meet with enterprise customers to generate demand and manage large deals with channel partners
• Develop an account plan for each of the targeted accounts
• Participate in developing a statement of work for the potential client together with the Solution Architect
• Develop a sales promotion program and a partner program and monitor effectiveness
• Make sure all sales activities are input into an SFA (Sales Force Automation)
• Leverage internal technical resources to achieve the goal and objectives
• Be a positive and analytical thinker and not afraid of making mistakes
• Be a self-motivator and a good team player
• Work in a multinational and cross-functional working environment.
Requirements:

• University degree or higher
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in AIDC (Auto Identification and Data Capture) or IT industry in general
• Intensive experience in direct sales to enterprise accounts
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Abundant experiences in solutions selling and consultative sales
• Highly motivated and should have leadership qualities and managing people skills
• Willing to travel to meet channel partners and develop relationship with them
• Good command of English (TOEIC 750 or higher)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
