**Role Summary/Purpose**

This role is at the cutting edge of GE Aviation’s digital revolution and focuses on delivery of new digital applications, services & products, at strategic Digital Solutions customers within the aviation domain. Responsible and accountable for program delivery from contractual agreement, program initiation, through planning, execution, and close-out, you will engage at all levels within the customer’s leadership, technical, and operational teams, to drive outcomes, and deliver value.

**Essential Responsibilities**

In addition, you will :

* Develop and execute engagement plans, emphasizing proactive customer relationship and expectation management

* Use customer fastworks, and Lean Start-up techniques to develop and execute the program delivery plan, progress tracking, and decision making processes including, issue tracking, resolution, escalation, and resource allocation

* Be responsible for account profitability and achievement of operational & financial objectives

* Manage customer account service level and support standards, including tracking / reporting of tailored customer satisfaction scorecards and metrics

* Manage multiple customer programs concurrently

* Participate in the delivery of internal business growth and development initiatives, working across functions within the organization for a specific region

* Assist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals

* Develop and implement business plans to achieve contract profitability and work scoping

* Participate in business and contractual discussions with customer

* Lead invoice and cash collection in a timely manner

**Qualifications/Requirements**

* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University

* Minimum 5 years of experience in customer, engineering, and / or project and program management

* Program Management Institute PMP accreditation

**Desired Characteristics**

* Proven capability to manage programs of diverse size and complexity

* Proven capability to manage scope, schedule, costs and risks with internal and external customers

* Experience managing complex projects and programs in the civil or military aviation, aerospace or manufacturing sectors

* Domain expertise in airline operations is an advantage

* Experience in the design, delivery, use of digital analytics, business intelligence, decision support solutions

* Familiarity with civil aviation industrial sector in ASEAN region is an advantage

* Prior experience representing GE or other employer in business and contractual discussions with customer

* Strong oral and written communication skills

* Strong influencing skills including building trust / credibility, motivating / engaging the team, and developing / promoting the team within a matrix organization

* Ability to lead cross-functional and customer / supplier teams

* Strong conflict resolution skills

* Strong business and financial acumen

* Ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external customer organizations, including upper management

* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
