**Qualifications**

Qualifications and Experience

University degree in Business or a Hospitality related education an advantage

Or5 years relevant industry experienceOr3 years in a related industry and 3 years at regional or corporate level

Minimum 3 years of Revenue, Reservations or Operational experience within the hospitality industry is essential

Proven experience of delivering projects including Learning and Training, Leadership development Management Development and Organisation Effectiveness within a multi\-national company

Experience in working with different cultures reflecting the diversity of the AMEA region

Technical Skill Capabilities

Good knowledge of HOLIDEX Plus

Good knowledge of Opera and or OASIS PMS

Good knowledge of SYS

Good knowledge of PERFORM and Price Optimisation

Good knowledge of Sales & Marketing

Good knowledge of Channels & Loyalty

Delphi knowledge preferred

IBP/SBRP knowledge preferred

Experience in conducting training workshops preferred

MS office products like Excel & PowerPoint required

Non\-Technical Capabilities

Multi lingual capability is advantageous

Culturally aware and able to adapt as required

Schedule management for public programmes

Schedule management for ad hoc regional and bespoke sessions

Determine if programmes will run based on utilisation figures

Approval of consultation travel, if receiving hotel will cover where applicable when/if team is in place

Approval of refunds, discounts and no show charges

Skills and Knowledge

Strong conceptual understanding and practical application of Revenue Management theory

High impact training and communication skills, using a variety of techniques to suit varying audiences

Comfortable with Revenue Systems and Commercial

Comfortable facilitating group discussions, graining group participation, managing group dynamics and dealing with conflict

Ability to engage with and manage multiple stakeholder requirements

Ability to adapt to varying business practices and legal requirements, both geographically and culturally

Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and to contribute to regional projects

Ability to work in a collaborative way with colleagues based within region or globally

A strong relationship builder, able to impact and influence across different layers of the organisation

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with effective follow through and attention to detail

Build strong client relationships with corporate and hotel based colleagues

Strong communication skills, required to liaise with customers, both internal and external, in order to proactively promote Commercial L&D programmes, systems and tools

Strong commercial and operational awareness

Strong problem solving and time management skills

Able to manage expenses in line with departmental P&L
