皮膚創傷ケア製品マーケティング担当として、下記の業務に携わっていただきます。
＜具体的な職務内容＞●市場開発・製品開発・製品上市並びに販売促進・グローバルチーム及び営業部門、技術開発部門、製造部門、薬事部門など各ファンクションと連携し、新製品の上市プランを策定し実行する・製品ポジショニングとメッセージングを策定し、他社と差別化する・KOLを巻き込み製品の導入及び普及のためのマーケティング戦略を策定し、関係部門と連携してプログラムの企画・実行を行う・販売プロセスを支援するツールの企画・製作・販売部門と密に連携し、販売促進のためのプログラムや販売戦術に積極的に取り組む・販売部門、営業企画部及び他部門とも協力し従来の枠組みに捕らわれない販売方法の開発に取り組む・顧客と市場のニーズを理解し、適切な製品の導入、製品ポートフォリオを強化する・ビジネスの成長のために他社との連携などの提案●プランニング及びオペレーション・年間予算計画並びに、中長期戦略(Strat Plan)の策定・効率的な製品供給のため、需要を予測し訂正な在庫を維持する●新たなアイデアを積極的に提案する
＜仕事のやりがい＞滅菌器、手術関連製品、飛沫感染防止用マスク、創傷被覆材といった感染管理製品に関わる製品群を多岐にわたって有しており、様々な臨床的視点から領域横断的に医療に貢献する仕事ができます。また、海外からの製品導入だけでなく、日本における製品開発・製造にも注力しているため、日本の医療ニーズに即した貢献ができるとともに、日本発でグローバルに展開される仕事にも関われます。
＜必須条件＞・大卒以上・医療業界(医療用消耗品・機器)でのマーケティング経験がある方・英語：ビジネスレベル。業務として必要になりますので英語力向上に努力できること
＜歓迎条件＞・ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル・マルチカルチャーなコミュニケーションの経験者
