*More About the Position:*
On any day, you’ll be involved with lead-generation programs from a variety of disciplines –events, webinars, direct email marketing, and syndicated content. You’ll be the go-to person for campaign management in Eloqua and Salesforce.com, equipping the sales force with a strong leads pipeline and providing comprehensive program and lead analytics to continually improve the pipeline and optimize marketing efficiencies and expenditures. You will also be responsible for the planning, management, and execution of tradeshows, prospect and customer engagement events, aligning them with marketing strategy and business goals, and driving sales ROI.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, extremely organized, and maintain a laser-sharp focus on producing successful events and programs to create and manage lead pipeline. Candidates must have the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with internal sales and marketing teams and external vendors to develop programs and all associated deliverables to make those programs a success, and demonstrate effective pre to post events expertise from concept to completion.

*Job Responsibilities:*
• Manage integrated marketing campaigns to attain enterprise lead targets and revenue goals; designing program components, deliverables, offers, metrics, timing and flow
• Work with Marketing Director and core stakeholders including marketing, product marketing and sales leaders to creatively and effective plan and execute all aspects of events - project managing from beginning to end including all logistics, onsite execution and post event analysis for our participation in tradeshows, conferences, sales meetings, customer and partner events
• Develop and execute event strategies and tactical plans within budget guidelines and under strict deadlines
• Be a strong and effective ambassador at events, creating impactful customer experiences and driving successful customer acquisition and brand positioning
• Report program efficiencies based upon performance & ROI metrics; apply marketing intelligence to optimize programs accordingly and establish prospect profile(s)
• Supervise day-to-day project management of marketing programs to ensure work is executed against approved program objectives, requirements and timing
• Maintain and enhance closed-loop marketing database utilizing Eloqua and Salesforce.com
• Organize online event logistics, including pre-event preparation (presentation materials, speaker prep, partner participation, support collateral, email campaigns) and post-event follow-up and analysis
• Execute campaign management in Eloqua; implementing campaign logic & segmentation and measuring and reporting on program performance

*Minimum Requirements:*
• 5 years plus B2B marketing programs and event management experience in Japan
• A thorough knowledge of Salesforce.com is a must; and a working knowledge of Eloqua or equivalent Marketing Automation Software is required
• Highly organized, prepared, deadline-driven and able to make sound and time-sensitive decisions independently
• A commitment to driving & demonstrating ROI
• Experience developing & implementing program measurement systems
• A track record of successfully promoting commercial software, meeting or exceeding lead generation goals
• Direct marketing experience required in either a client or agency setting
• Strong project and vendor management skills with demonstrated ability to deliver on-time and on-budget
• Extremely professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of direct and value-added channel sales and experience driving marketing, lead generation and sales programs through these channels
• All candidates must be fluent in Japanese; Native speaker preferred, with the ability to also communicate and conduct business in English
• BS/BA required

• Expert knowledge of trade show and events strategies and tactics in the Japan B2B market
• Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of an extended global team
• Experience working for an international organization
• Enterprise software and security industry experience preferred
• Experience marketing in international geographies preferred
