**Job Summary**

The Site Manager shall provide management, organizational, business and technical leadership and services to ensure

successful completion of tasks on a timely basis and within budget. The Site Manager shall have the authority to resolve

problems, allocate resources, and manage personnel. The Site Manager must possess significant expertise in logistics

management, material control, distribution and storage, and financial management and be capable of interfacing with

command safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental compliance personnel. The Site Manager shall provide overall

management coordination and to serve as the central Point of Contact (POC) with the Government for performance of all work

under the Task Order.

The Site Manager shall manage and oversee the overall operations; make recommendations to improve

productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations; interact with customers to ensure that all requirements are being met. The

Site Manager shall apply extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and

latitude is expected. The Site Manager shall respond to all communications from the KO or designee within one hour during

normal operating hours unless specified herein. The Site Manager shall serve as the Environmental, Safety, and

Occupational Health (ESOH) POC to conduct required environmental and safety analysis and observations and shall support

the KO or designee with ESOH surveillances conducted by local Environmental, Safety, or Occupational Health offices;

evaluate results and make recommendations as necessary for maintaining compliance with regulations. The Site Manager

shall be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the environmental and safety compliance fields and

shall be appropriately trained and capable of providing mandatory ESOH training to Contractor employees performing under

this Task Order.

Overall responsibility for cost, schedule and technical performance of the operation. Accountable for production, supply,

production control/planning and quality management aspects of operation. Acts as primary point of contact for customers at

the work site level. Position reports to the Director of Operations or Program Manager.

Provides direction and leadership to assigned personnel.

Manages and coordinates research and investigations into business problems.

Provides guidance and assistance relative to operating problems and projects.

Provides senior technical support to customers.

Performs all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

**Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience; five (5) years of diverse management experience; and excellent

+ communication, analytical, project management and supervisory skills.

+ Desktop computer skills are essential with proficiency

+ in full range of Microsoft Office products and should be capable of preparing management level reports and presentations.

+ Position requires travel.

+ Position requires the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.

+ In accordance with the contract, all personnel performing work require United States citizenship or acceptable proof of naturalization prior to employment.
