To lead the company towards achieving the corporate vision and to meet the corporate objectives as assigned by the President of NB as well as the Senior Vice President & General Manager APAC.

Contribute towards achieving the company’s long-term business plan and annual budgeted profit by leading the local team to recognize and meet the company’s set business objectives.

Achieve the agreed targets in top line growth through the ability to manage and lead the salesforce, familiarity with both dental market and customers, customer satisfaction through sales planning and account management, and ensure the delegated team satisfaction through performance and career management.

*Accountabilities *

To provide leadership in the country through implementation of strategies and operational efficiency to achieve business objectives.

Would be overall in charge of managing the country as a profit centre and would include business development, country profitability, sales, marketing and brand building, promotions,logistics, legal and local regulatory/ statutory compliances,manpower planning and management, general administration.

* Ability to manage and develop high performers and to deal effectively and promptly with poor performers.
* Well trained in management, influencing & leadership skills.

* Ability to perform regular process reviews, improve business practices and redesign organization structures to meet current and future business requirements.
* Strong drive to succeed, ability to lead, manage and develop employees to maximise their potential and deliver business results.

* Ability to target and support customer’s need, enterprise level customer relationship and development skills.

* Well developed business analysis skills including opportunity and risk assessment.
*Critical Experience*
* About 10-15 years sales experiences in multi-national organization of either healthcare or medical industry, with proven track record in managing and supervising a large size team (a team of around 160 associates) in the related field of job related activities and people management. Graduate preferably with post graduate management qualification.
* To cope with the local market and customers, native Japanese is preferred.
