Within the Japan GSO system support team, the leader of service engineers in Chubu office (Nagoya prefecture) who is familiar with tester maintenance on the Eagle/Magnum test systems is the key technical resource for Denso and Toshiba customers, EBU, NBU, Teradyne sales and GSO related to application and service businesses on Eagle/Magnum tester platform.

Responsible for the day to day maintenance work, resource management and information sharing. Required as a customer window person closely working with Teradyne application and sales team. Empowered on escalation processes between EBU/NBU and Teradyne internal members who involve in the projects.

The day to day maintenance service is a must in the customers' production line with Eagle/Magnum test systems based on the test system delivery, parts replacement and PUP.

Creates awareness within strategic supply base of Teradyne EBU/NBU technology needs while maintaining awareness of shipment inspection procedures and quality assurance system trends. QA process improvement is necessary if needed to be.

+ Consultwith internal GSO organizations, sales team and EBU in the U.S. concerning the customer's need, requirement daily base. Provides guidance with corrective action plans to GSO internal team with the identification of test system situation located in the customer side.

+ Responsible for the identification of high-risk incident, situation and issues in the system maintenances in the customers. Work together with the sales and GSO internal team to develop risk aversion or mitigation plans including EBU and/or NBU people involved.

+ Manages ongoing product quality and reliability issues with the internal base. May implement corrective action and develop alternative solutions as needed.

+ May perform tracing/searching system reliability issues in the internal system to identify to being improved in QA process.

+ Responsible for working closely together with internal GSO, contact with sales team and EBU/NBU in the U.S. on the solution. On an occasional basis, this may require the coordinator to work non-standard hours.

+ Responsible for customer visit daily basis and internal information sharing, weekly team meeting.

+ Responsible for managing shipment status of the tester instruments sent from EBU/NBU with appropriate calibration certificate and other document in place.

+ The work location is Teradyne Japan Chubu office to support Denso, TOYOTA, Toshiba and others.

Proven 3+ years experience in similar or related roles

Experience with tester maintenance work is a plus
