Description The Campus Recruiter will manage the campus recruitment process within Japan, attract high calibre candidates through appropriate sourcing channels, ensure a quality candidate experience and act as the primary point of contact for the Graduate Talent Program (GTP) candidates from sourcing through transition to the hiring business.

Job Description:
• Responsible for front-to-back “ownership” of the Graduate Talent Program (GTP) from sourcing through transition to business
• Responsible for managing the end-to-end campus recruitment process within Japan (both local cycle and international cycle) and for candidate management throughout the recruitment process
• Attract the highest calibre candidates to UBS through the appropriate choice of resourcing strategies and channels
• Represent UBS at recruitment and marketing events
• Organize and manage pipelining programs offered within a region
• Liaise with the business to ensure representation at key marketing events/initiatives
• Manage the interview, selection and assessment process to determine suitability of candidates for the bank’s requirements. Ensure consistent hiring standards are used across the organization
• Facilitate decision making meetings with the business
• Responsible for ensuring interview and assessment feedback is gathered, documented and stored appropriately
• Responsible for ensuring applicant tracking is completed in the applicant tracking system ("Brass Ring"):
• Manage the offer and close process through to onboarding
• Responsible for pre-joining activities
• Ensure data consistency and process compliance with current legislation and internal requirements
• Provide feedback to improve, simplify and enhance campus recruiting processes and procedures
• Act as a point of contact for interns and Graduate Talent Program candidates (GTPs) providing general support where required
• Provide career guidance to GTPs and interns throughout the GTP life cycle
• Assist in the transition of GTPs into the hired business in partnership with the Human Resources Business Partners
• Coordinating intern / GTPs rotations within the business as appropriate
• Ensure all relevant daily GTP operations are consistent and compliant with regional/global policies

Job Requirements

A successful candidate should have:
• Minimum of 4 years work experience in a global financial institution
• Strong people management skills
• Native level Japanese with fluent in English skill
• A drive to lead the process and the hiring businesses
• Strong program/process management skills
• Strong partnership and influencing skills
• Willingness to work off-office hours (global conference calls) and travel occasionally
