I am finally getting to post these images from a shower I co-hosted last year. It was a gorgeous lingerie brunch, complete with a mimosa bar. So fun!

The shower took place after the bride returned from her Portugal wedding. Not all her local friends could make it to the wedding so we printed an image to incorporate their love story.

The main activity of the shower was a "dessert menu" that corresponded with all of the gifts. Each guest titled their outfit and it was printed on a menu card. The bride chose the order to open gifts off of the menu. AND she took the menu home to her husband so that he could order off the menu too! Lots of blushing and laughter...so very memorable.

Another activity was that each guest brought their own bra, and the bride had to guess which bra belonged to whom.

Food selection included a BYO fruit pizza bar, mini caprese salads, and chorizo stuffed dates. YUM.

Naked cake—gluten free of course. My favorite recipe is from Gluten Free on a Shoestring. The topper belonged to my co-host, purchased from Etsy but I'm not sure which shop (there are a ton just like it).

Most of the decor was lace, babies breath, and then wood texture elements. Most everything we had on hand.

Lastly, we gave out succulents as favors. Who doesn't love a good succulent?

Showers don't have to be over the top to be meaningful and pretty! We worked with what we had, along with adding in a few sexy ideas of course. All to show our friend that we celebrate this exciting change in her life...and stock up her boudoir. ;)
