Merging many of the driver-assist features available in the Ford lineup today, the Fusion Hybrid Autonomous Research Vehicle is also equipped with front-facing cameras, as well as radar and ultrasonic sensors. In addition, LiDAR sensors can generate a real-time, three-dimensional map of the environment around the vehicle, designed to provide the latest information available.

They can also schedule a specific time to remotely start their vehicle so it’s ready to hit the road as soon as they are.
MoDe:Me e-bike
The MoDe:Me e-bike folds and stows easily, letting commuters to park on the city outskirts, take the e-bike onto public transport and travel to the city center, then ride the e-bike to their destination. This may help keep urban commuters moving in congested city traffic by reducing automotive traffic in the most heavily traveled areas.
AAA/CAA
Ford is also expanding the apps which integrate with SYNC AppLink™ – the SYNC feature enabling drivers to voice-control compatible smartphone apps. The app for AAA members in the U.S. and CAA members in Canada uses vehicle GPS data to let users check fuel prices, locate fueling stations and use the Here2there route planning feature, which includes traffic on the move.
