Capita IT Resourcing are currently opening their doors and are on the hunt for a talented and driven IT Recruitment Consultant. You will be a proactive, intelligent and passionate person with a true desire to push yourself to the limits and make a lot of money in the process! This is a great chance to work with an experience and dedicated team working with some of the biggest names in IT.
The role will include:
Sourcing candidates for job vacancies
Pitching new business and managing client processes
Customer and candidate care of the highest level
Proactive recruitment of candidates for forthcoming projects
Taking up references on new candidates
Assisting in managing the candidate interview process
Chasing references and inputting on to our computer database
Sourcing from job boards and headhunting using a number of tailored methods
The requirements for this position will include:
Excellent communication and administration skills
Great sales and interpersonal skills
Being resilliant and able to make large volumes of calls
Working within deadlines whilst demonstrating good attention to detail
Being resilient, driven and determined to succeed.
Passionate and ambitious about achieving consistent results and exceeding expectation
Have a high level of energy and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
