Fixed term contract until 1st April 2016 An opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a full-time Business Support Administrator providing support to the Investment & Delivery Team within Property Service. This position is based at County Hall, Northallerton and is on a fixed term contract until 1st April 2016. You will undertake a wide range of administrative duties including data inputting, updating spreadsheets, handling general enquiries regarding property maintenance and asbestos & legionella issues, together with providing assistance on projects surrounding construction and development. We require a motivated administrator with good communication and customer care skills. The successful applicant will be a well-organised individual who has excellent ICT skills. You must be able to prioritise your workload and have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as effectively working as part of a team. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential together with a strong commitment to confidentiality.
