A very exciting opportunity has arisen for aStudio Assistantthat is looking to join a rapidly growing and award winning technology company in West Midlands.

As the Studio Assistant you will work as part of a growing team and work very closely with the Studio Manager, overseeing creative projects, constantly updating on the progress of each.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning for and managing a range of projects including TV, pre-press, advertising, packaging, new product development, digital project management and signage.
- Working with and organising a busy creative studio to make sure deadlines are hit, budgets are adhered to and all projects are completed to a high standard.
- Working alongside the Creative Director to write all creative briefs and then brief into the studio team of eight designers and artworkers.
- Managing internal relationships across all departments within the company.
- Attending and when required leading on all meetings with all the production, advertising and design agencies that this company uses to produce their marketing.
- Assisting on the occasional TV Shoot, ensuring the smooth running of.
Key skills and experience needed:
- Knowledge and previous experience working within a creative studio will be essential for this position; this could be work experience or placements you have done.
- Demonstrate your experience planning, organising and managing a variety of projects. Examples of projects managed will be needed.
- You should be confident with good communication skills, able to talk and deal with people at all levels from designers to the creative director, global advertising agency account handlers, right through to the owner of this large multi-million pound company.
- Excellent attention to detail goes without saying and you must be able to hit the ground running as this role is fast paced and pressured at times.
- Within this role there is travel involved so you MUST be able to drive and have a car and be willing to be out of the office on a fairly regular basis.
