Job Description:
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- The Solution Architect will help sales in Data Analytics (DA) projects by engaging with the client through sales meetings with Client Executives (CE) by
- Qualifying leads upfront in the DA area
- Create the right solution needed to solve the client problem in terms of structure, capability and new skills needed
- Do onsite client engagement and closely work with operations to ensure smooth delivery at all times but not work on project delivery
- Identify new opportunity areas within the existing client base and in new groups, working closely with Client Executives (CE).
- Contribute directly towards revenue growth and provide though leadership to help grow key client accounts
- Work with the onsite analysts to ensure knowledge is shared within the wider team. This includes sharing business priorities, ensuring analysts are integrated with Evalueserve and help identify upsell & cross sell opportunities
- Working closely with offshore operations and the client to provide on the ground project management and transition support (if relevant) for key projects
- Connect-the-dots about client's internal programs, competitive dynamics etc. to identify projects Evalueserve can contribute to using mind+machine approach. Provide initial briefing and guidance to Sales CE and Ops.
- Engage with client stakeholders and convince them of our capability and content expertise in the DA area
- Run on-site client workshops along with Sales and operations during the pre-sales discussions to identify client pain points and design customized solutions to address those pain points. As part of this, the SA has to
- Translate business needs to technical requirements and help design and implementation plan
- Help scope and prioritize future work to grow the account
Experience and Qualifications
- A very good understanding of DA tools and techniques, statistical modeling, SAS, Tableau and R will be a big Plus.
- Experience in functions across industries will be an added advantage
- University degree with at least 7-9 years of relevant professional services and research experience

Role is Work from Home, based in or around the London Area. International travel required.
