Digital Marketing Manager - Software Technology

We are a truly unique Technology company with ambitious growth expectations. We are nearing completion of a £1m software redevelopment program and are about to move into new offices that reflect these ambitions.

We require an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager to make our aggressive growth plans happen. You must have some experience of a technically driven business in the B2B sector, and a proven record of success. Working closely with both the Sales Director and Managing Director, you will be responsible for devising, developing and driving through a comprehensive marketing plan for the business.

You will exploit all aspects of on-line marketing to promote the company both in a PR capacity and in direct marketing in order to drive inbound sales activity. You will manage budgets and be responsible for expanding the marketing function as and when it is needed. This is a very exciting time in the Company's 20 year history and the Digital Marketing Manager role is pivotal in accelerating our growth.

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing and PR:

> SEO on website
> Updating the company website, news, events, white papers etc - use of White Paper links to drive traffic to our Website
> Updating the companies Facebook and LinkedIn accounts (social media sites)
> Reporting results through Google, email and other analytical tools
> Research of e-Billing and Credit Management updates via press releases etc, using these to entice traffic to the Website and
Social Media pages:

> Publication marketing, i.e. CICM publications
> Monthly/Quarterly customer centric news letter
> Preparation for workshops, seminars, shows

Sales Initiative Support:

> Sourcing email databases for targeting new clients
> Marketing campaigns, reporting on results
> Supporting general sales activities
> Mailshots for Sales (new leads, potentials)
> PowerPoint presentations, both conference and sales presentations
> Meeting preparation (folders, notes, contacts etc)

Account Managers & Customer Service support:

> Existing customer mail shots
> Conversion activity with Customer Service - including calls and links to client websites
> Control of mailing inserts

General:

> Excellent IT skills with a focus on MS office products to include PowerPoint
> Must be articulate and numerate, as well as possess good inter-personal skills, and have the ability to prioritise workload
> A positive outlook, a great communicator and able to be adaptable within the role
