JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager / Coordinator

SALARY: Circa £25k

THE ROLE: A new and exciting position has arisen for an enthusiastic Marketing professional to join this successful team in Nottingham. You will be joining the business at a fundamental point in their growth plans therefore, as Marketing Manager you will play a crucial role in developing and managing the business' marketing strategy.

You will be responsible for promoting the company's brand through online and offline mediums, raising customer awareness and deepening engagement. Ultimately, you will be expected to deliver new sales opportunities to the business development team.

Key responsibilities to include:

Developing and managing a detailed marketing activity plan that supports the company's strategy for growth.

Co-ordinating marketing initiatives with current and upcoming sales activities

Improving and managing lead generation campaigns and monitoring results

Developing the effectiveness of websites, improving SEO and maintaining PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising accounts.

Creating, managing and maximising the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns.

Tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of all marketing communications.

Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all related company functions continuously remain informed about marketing objectives.

THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced Marketeer who understands the importance of using a broad range of communication channels to reach out to target audiences in an innovative and effective way. The candidate must possess strong written and spoken communication skills, with a creative flare and strong commercial acumen.

Key criteria:

Excellent knowledge of a wide range of marketing concepts and techniques

Experience with SEO & PPC management and website analytics tools

Proficiency with CRM and the ability to grasp internal information systems

Excellent analytical and project management skills

Creative strategic thinking

Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills

A desire to consistently exceed targets
