Valtech - Regional A2A contracts - full 360 from adding vacancies to making placements, raising contracts, compliance records, portal and audit

Spinks support:

Main telephone reception, meet and greet for Mortimer Spinks
Management of in-house room booking system - Condeco
CV prep - pdf conversion, formatting, front cover sheet
Co-ordination of external/internal meetings and room prep.
Weekly contracts finishers report to the business - mid month finishers
Daily updates of E-whiteboards in conjunction with weekly perm sheet for submission to Director and perm team and regions
Perm billing sheets - rebate reminders to business
Daily admin support and management of external job board system - Broadbean
