Garhwal Rifles Regiment Recruitment Bharti Rally Lansdowne July 2015 for Soldiers General Duty (GD) and Tradesmen (Sol Tdn)
The Garhwal Rifles Regimental Centre (Indian Army) will hold a Recruitment Bharti Rally in Lansdowne from 01 July to 05 July 2015 for the youth of Garhwal Mandal & All India. Garhwal Rifles Rally will be conducted for the Recruitment of Soldiers General Duty (GD) and Tradesmen Sol Tdn (Chef & Musician).
The Garhwal Rifles Regiment Recruitment Rally will organize at Rally Ground, Lansdowne, Uttarakhand for candidates of Garhwal Region (Mandal) districts of Uttarakhand (Chamoli, Uttarkashi, Tehri, Rudraprayag, Pauri) & also for youth from All India. Eligible candidates who wish to apply may report at Rally Venue Ground Lansdowne (06:00 AM) as per schedule.
Note : Garhwal Rifles Regiment Open Bharti Rally is only for –
Children of War Widows
Children/ Adopted Children of Servicing/ Retired, War Martyrs
Brothers of of Servicing/ Retired, War Martyrs
State/ International Sportsmen or Sportsmen who participated in School/College/University sports events and got Ist/2nd rank in state level event (Only for Soldier Ground Duty).

Educational Qualification :
For Soldier General Duty: Candidate should have passed class 10th with Minimum 45% marks (33% in each subject).
For Soldier Tradesmen: Candidate should have passed class 10th for Musician, Chef
Selection Process :
Candidate will be selected on the basis of Physical Test, Medical Test, Proficiency/Efficiency Test for Soldier Tradesmen, Written Test, Education Qualification & Certificate checking.

Candidate who wish to appear in recruitment rally should bring the following original documents with attested three photostat copies of each document :
Originals of Educational Qualifications
Originals of Permanent Address Proof Certificate, Character & Caste Certificate
15 Passport size photographs
Sports or Computer or NCC Certificate (if any)
Relationship Certificate
Family group photograph duly pasted on back of character cerificate should be attested by Gram Pradhan
Affidavit of unmarital status from Court (only for candidates below 21 years of age)
