Judge Healthcare is currently seeking an Registered Nurse Case Manager for an exciting new position with a prestigious healthcare facility in the Washington D.C. area! We are hiring a Registered Nurse with experience in case management and utilization review for this position. Job Description: Coordinates, negotiates, manages and implements the care of complex patients to facilitate achievement of quality and cost effective patient outcomes. Works collaboratively with interdisciplinary staff internal and external to the organization. Participates in quality improvement and evaluation processes related to the management of care. The Registered Nurse Case Manager will provide care to all age groups.Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Active RN license in Washington DC.
