Candidates possessing CA qualification should hold Fellow/ Associate membership of ICAI.Preference will be given to candidates possessing additional qualification(s) of CS/ ICWA/ MBA (Finance) {from top ranking institutes} over and above CA.
General Manager (Finance & Accounts)
Bachelor Degree in Engineering with minimum 65% marks and Two years MBA with specialization in Marketing/ Oil & Gas Management with Minimum 65% marks.
Pay Scale
As per the notification, the pay scale details are as follows
Selected Sr. Manager candidates will be paid Rs. 24,900/- to 50,500/-
Selected General Manager candidates will be paid Rs. 51,300/- to 73,000/-
Selection Criteria
Selection Process for the posts of General Manager (Finance & Accounts) will involve interviews before the Selection Committee & Selection process for the posts of Senior Officer (Marketing) will involve Group Discussions and/ or interviews before the Selection Committee.
Application Fee:
Candidates belonging to General and OBC (Non Creamy Layer) category are required to pay a non-refundable application fees of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) by Demand Draft / Pay Order drawn in favour of GAIL (India) Limited payable at New Delhi. The candidate is required to keep the Demand Draft Number and other details pertaining to application fees ready for submitting the online application (Details such as bank name, branch name, city, date and the DD Number).
