LOCATION: Open to anywhere in the United States OBJECTIVE The position will be responsible for leading activities specific to dealership profitability and market development strategies. This includes a heavy focus on dealership rental. Also included will be a focus on analyzing dealer’s performance metrics to establish action plans for revenue growth. RESPONSIBILITY Drive Dealership Profitability The individual will have dealer profitability responsibility specifically to assist with the dealer rental strategy in communicating and teaching dealers “best practices”, benchmarking, and forecasting rental. Another responsibility will be to assist in developing tools, programs, and resources to enable dealers in maximizing absorption rates and driving profitability. Analyze income statements and balance sheets and make recommendations on areas of risk and profitability improvement. Develop, implement, and support programs that assist dealers in improving operations and providing a consistent high level interaction with customers. The position will require presentation skills through periodic field trainings, dealer meetings, region meetings, planning tools and marketing materials. Develop business modeling and financial planning tools that enable Field Marketers and dealers to drive investment in coverage and branding strategies. Develop and execute strategy relative to channel development. Support any additional actions that further drive growth and improvement in the Rental, Parts, and Service aspects of the dealership as well as channel growth KNOWLEDGE / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing Experience Required: 7>10 years Travel Required: > 50% Knowledge of financial accounting and past forecasting experience Past responsibility in managing income statements and balance sheets Past operations experience in managing compact and heavy equipment Customer relations skills and relationship building Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) The world-renowned brands that make up Doosan Infracore Construction Equipment produce industry-leading compact and heavy construction equipment, attachments, air compressors, lighting systems, generators and articulated dump trucks.
