We want people with...BIG goals, BOLD dreams and an INNOVATIVE spirit!   OBJECTIVE Investigate, author and publish material to communicate product changes and technical service related information to Bobcat Company personnel and to Bobcat dealer personnel so they are well informed to help perform their responsibilities and provide quality service to our customers.   RESPONSIBILITY Create content for publication of technical bulletins and DealerNET web content for Bobcat dealers, including service letters, field modifications, safety notices and service related DealerNET web content articles. Create content for monthly service newsletter to Bobcat dealers focused on product improvements and other topics related to the service of Bobcat products. Coordinate information with parts and sales to optimize company communications. Assist manager with the operation of the Product Change (ECN) Dates and Serial Number Breaks Application for Bobcat staff.  Add input users at production locations worldwide as needed.  Train and provide help to input and view users as needed. Coordinate timing and details of product changes between Service and other Bobcat departments.  Represent Service at the Gwinner and Bismarck production planning (ECN) meeting.. Assist manager with internal process development between Service and other Bobcat departments.  Promote process change within Service to complement company-wide efforts. Assist manager in facilitating dealer service call-in meetings to provide Bobcat dealers with relevant and timely service-related information. KNOWLEDGE / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Associate's Degree  - English, Journalism, Technology or related field.  2-5 years’ business experience. Strong technical writing skills. Knowledge of Bobcat products. Knowledge of Bobcat dealer requirements. Experience with software development project management. Effective interpersonal skills. Strong time management and prioritization skills. MS Office Suite competency.
