This is a full-time, 9 month position, from August – May.Minimum Qualifications:
A.S. degree in CDA or equivalent
Experience working with children 6 weeks to 6 yrs of age
Supervisory experience
Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Good customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Computer Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
BS in Child Development or related field
Experience in a drop-off child care setting
Experience using Day Care Manager Software
2 yrs Supervisory experience
Experience as a receptionist / accounting
Familiar with ND Licensing requirements
Familiar with ND Food Program
First Aid and CPR certified
Experience in a University setting
