Duties include: process various transactions for students’ academic and financial records; assist students with accounts and account activity; process payments and reconcile daily payments; review holds and advise customers on procedures for completion; navigate customers through physical setting or virtual environments; perform data entry for various departments; process formsMinimum Qualifications:
Related A.S. or the equivalent
2 years proven, strong customer service experience
Working knowledge of spreadsheets (MS Excel), word processing (MS Word) and the Web
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to analyze and interpret data and make independent decisions
Proven ability to work as a team member, possessing strong interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, self-starter
Focused and results oriented
Ability to meet expectations in a fast-paced and dynamic, customer-oriented environment
Ability to work a rotating schedule, to include PM and weekend hours
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
Experience in a higher education or customer confidential-sensitive area
Working knowledge of student records or financial software (PeopleSoft)
