Do you have some experience in surveying and are looking to enhance these skills?
We are looking for a Repairs Surveyor whose main function will be to support the Contract Operations Manager to deliver responsive repairs and planned maintenance work to customers in their homes. Your role will require you to support the preparation of overall stock condition plans and post inspect minor repairs to ensure it has been completed to the standard required.
To do the job well, you must have an understanding of project management of major works in preparing tender documents, scope of works and cost appraisal and dealing with interim/ final accounts. A recognised HND qualification in building surveying or construction and member of RICS / CIOB is desirable, as well as the ability to write detailed technical reports.
