Job Description:

I am recruiting for a Fluent French Project Manager to coordinate the roll-out of unique retail solutions on behalf of large multinational companies whose brands are known and celebrated worldwide.

My client is a world leading design agency who create inspiring brand experiences for their clients. Their insight and approach to innovations enables them to create inspiring, engaging and personalised brand experiences across every channel which is consistent with brand identity and marketing communication.

Whether it is an FSDU, visual display unit, shop-in-shop or entire store you will project manage this process to ensure a successful result. You will brief, coordinate and check the output of all team members to enable each project to be planned properly, fixtures assembled, picked & packed, delivered and installed in the required destination in the required quality and time frame.

Responsibilities will include:
1.Project coordination – ensuring all projects are fully and correctly processed in real time, driving project progress forward by seeking required inputs, closing projects out quickly upon completion, clearly mapping best practice processes, and mentoring and coaching more junior staff in the correct methodology.

2.Customer Service – providing excellent customer service and prompt response to all internal and external clients, building client relationships by understanding their priorities and tailoring provided support, and being an expert in the handled concept and an oracle of project information for clients.

3.Project reporting – regularly reporting on project status, inventory and project specific issues to clients quickly, with proposed solutions, providing feedback to Account/Roll-out manager on delegated tasks, providing live visibility of the status of all projects and forecast stock demand, highlighting shortages to client or Production Manager, ensuring system generates the most efficient reports to allow other teams in the business to provide their services and support Account Managers to compile quarterly reports.

4.Communication – informing client & internal teams about project details, planning, timing and financial status.

5.Troubleshooting and handling of claims – identifying and solving issues with effective solutions and flawlessly exceeding client expectations

Required skills and competencies:

1.Minimum 3 years of experience in client services, project management, retail development or business administration.

4.Dedicated, loyal and focused on outstanding client service.
5.Excellent communication skills for daily interaction with clients and colleagues.

7.Able to understand architectural floor plans and technical drawings.
8.Able to learn fast specifics about our industry including materials, production processes, retail environments, etc.
9.Basic knowledge of the client’s business (organisation chart, local and international contacts, retail structure) and brands (history, target groups, positioning, identity, product ranges and categories)
10.Capacity to quickly learn and operate internal ERP software for roll-out management.
