Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong individual who is looking for a rewarding role in a company that offer progression over time. We are working with a constantly developing web-based Research Company to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for the pm shift (3pm – 11pm Monday – Friday). This is the only shift available with the company at this time.

Job role and responsibilities will include:

*Thorough understanding of the company’s capabilities and services; effectively communicating all relevant products and services to the client.
*Pro-active sales duties, ensuring follow-up action to maximise every opportunity.
*Working closely with the team to maintain a continuous knowledge of sales activity and performance.
*Responsibility for all client communication (via telephone, email and live chat facility), consistently delivering exceptional levels of customer service and meeting customer service targets.
*Dealing with clients in a professional manner and managing client expectations to ensure that they are met, informing the Managers of any problems that may arise.
*Accurate file management and data entry, including updating of databases and spreadsheets using Excel and in-house applications.
*Ensuring all processes and procedures are completed and followed through efficiently.
*Ability to assess assignment complexity and provide accurate and timely information to clients.
*Providing accurate and timely three-way communication between the client, researchers and team, to provide strong team representation and set realistic client / researcher expectations.

The right candidate will be able to work well on their own initiative within a team environment. The work like the company is fast paced so experience working to strict deadlines, in challenging customer service situations with sales targets would be an advantage. This individual will need to be extremely organised and have experience in multi-tasking. This job requires the ability to cope with the demands of a fast moving business. It is essential that you have excellent PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, email (googlemail experience preferred) and Internet. You must have good decision making skills and be committed, focus and accuracy in your approach to work.
