Our agency is a creatively driven, award-winning team who are seeking a self-motivated, dynamic individual with experience and skills in online reputation management, campaign analytics and community management.
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
Bachelors Degree in marketing, communications or journalism is preferable.
2 – 4 Years of ORM reporting and community managementwithin an agency environment
Clear understanding of marketing and communication strategies as they relate to community development and digital campaigns
Working knowledge and demonstrated use of ORM tools & platforms (Sysomos, Radian 6 advantageous)
Working knowledge and demonstrated use of Google Analytics, Adwords, digital media campaign set up, monitoring and reporting
Demonstrated ability of researching and analyzing data to produce regular, comprehensive, insights driven reports using Excel and Powerpoint
Demonstrated ability to assist in producing community and content plans (social media strategies)
Experience in daily community management (Updates, Monitoring, Responding to or Escalating
Queries)
Demonstrated success with building current communities or running campaigns (measured in growth & interaction results) on platforms including; Blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn
Ability to identify opportunities and insights and proactively feed those into strategy
Ability to identify partnerships/sponsorship opportunities beneficial to the community
Writing experience with working SEO knowledge implementation advantageous
A passion for all things digital, trends and platform changes
A professional demeanor and objectivity even in the face of pressure
