A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and driven individual to join the leading search and social agency in Dubai.

The successful applicant will have at least 5 years within an agency environment dedicated to SEO delivering SEO campaigns for a multitude of clients, they will have a strong technical background with such qualifications as a Bs in computer sciences and show experience in the implementation and assessment of websites.

Applicants must have a solid command of English both written and verbal, with a technical mind-set coupled with good analytical skills and an understanding of HTML, CSS and Php coding.

You will be the backbone of the company. You will be liaising with client technical teams and must be confident in your technical SEO ability and experienced in dealing with intrinsic e-commerce SEO concerns such as duplicate content, canonical issues, site migration and SEO code rewriting.

Managing the SEO Team the director of Search is responsible for all SEO deliverables, from building a content marketing team to delivering fully comprehensive technical audits of clients websites.

Key job roles

Liaise with Client Servicing, Business development and client technical teams to personally deliver integration of SEO requirements

Delivering SEO marketing strategy reports including keyword research and Analysis, and On Page

Optimization recommendations

Confidently present, explain and support the implementation of website technical audits

Managing the Link Acquisition team across many different languages

Creating content for social media accounts (blog articles, updates, web content)

Preparing month end web ranking reports for clients

Writing Articles on search and social for prominent blogs to help promote the company as the leading SEO agency in the region.

Essential Requirements

On Site SEO

Master of Keyword research and Analysis of head and long tail keywords, as well as informative and transactional queries

Execution of proposals, site analysis & new SEO pitches

Provide recommendations for writing Meta tags, copywriting and implementation

Proven ability to rewrite a balanced copy in regards to the actual SEO Copywriting Standards

Local Search: Must have a sound knowledge of local ranking factors gaining exceptional results in Google Maps and Yahoo! Local

Must be Google Adwords and Google analytics Qualified

Link Building & Content Marketing

Show a history of successfully building well rounded backlink portfolios for a variety of website link Building Campaigns

Has Delivered creatively minded content tailored to each customer for optimum link baiting

Maximized workflow to tight deadlines with the use of Excel and management software (Raven SEO, IBP)

Experience in leveraged competitive intelligence for Link Building campaigns tools SEO Majestic, Link Diagnosis

SEO for eCommerce

Strong command of essential web technologies: XHTML, CSS, Javascript, Perl, AJAX, JSON, DOM Scripting, unobtrusive JavaScript, XML/XSLT, W3C DOM methods and properties, Adobe Photoshop and other graphic editing tools

Advanced experience in delivering SEO solutions for dynamic database driven ecommerce websites and content publishers

Experienced in dealing with intrinsic ecommerce concerns: duplicate content, canonical issues, site migration and SEO friendly Url rewriting.

Comprehensive use of tools such as Google webmaster, submitting XML sitemaps, RSS feeds, reporting on URL errors and Missing links

Web Analytics and Conversion Rate Optimisation

Running regular rank tracking reports to monitor client progress in the search results. Use of AWR – Advanced Web Ranking Tools

GAIQ Qualified & assisting top clients on plan, tag implementation, data consultation and improvements using Google Analytics and Website Optimizer (A/B and multivariate testing and conversion attribution modeling) providing actionable insights and increasing conversion rates.

Experience in the management and implementation of other web analytics tools such as Omnitur and Webtrends

SMO

Must have an intrinsic understanding of social media optimsiation and asset optimization

Delivering Social Optimisation audits and optimizing social profiles to deliver SEO indicators

Have worked with social media monitoring software such as Sysomos, SM2 delivering social media brand audits and influence analysis reports

Google Adwords Professional Qualification and Google Analytics Professional Qualification

Minimum 5 years SEO experienced in an agency environment

Advanced Excel automation and reporting: ASAP Utilities, advanced Filtering, conditional formatting, vlook-up & Macros.

Excellent command of English written

Min Bs qualification in computing sciences

My client will offer a monthly salary equivalent to R50-60k (tax free) + Visa, medical cover and flights included.
