LOGISTICS CUM RECEIVING ASSISTANT
(Kuala Lumpur - Endah Promenade)
Responsibilities:
To assist project team / service team if they require any support for project work.
Fully in charge for Products & Services Store.
To prepare stock list / monitor stock movement.
Material handler for project goods and ensure goods for project in place accordingly.
To support logistic assistance at KLIA / Port Klang upon arrival of the goods / transshipment to final delivery point.
Focal point for receiving goods: To check the goods vs PO and goods physical check.
Focal point for outgoing goods: To coordinate on packing goods with packers and with forwarder for shipment.
To deliver to customer and dispatch goods from vendor around Klang Valley.
Person in charge on receiving goods at HQ for MSPS project else to coordinate with HQ person in charge for assistance.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/’A’ Level/Diploma. Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
At least 3 years experience in related field.
Should be able to operate Forklift
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both oral and written).
Proficient in MS Office applications, in particular Excel, Word and Power Point.
Able to travel with valid driving license.

Responsibilities:
Responsible to keep record and traceability of all materials including Client’s free issued items
To report to Project Control Manager for any material shortage in delivery compared to Purchase Order and Material Take Off

Responsibilities:
Handle corporate and legal matters with emphasis on company business and contract laws and responsible to manage and assist in all legal administration and matter in all aspects of the legal performance such conveyance, operate, advisory, insurance, contract related matter, tribunal/dispute resolution and any other procedures related to any claims

Requirements:

To delegate specific duties to relevant personnel in engineering department according to their job function or competency and should monitor all the functions being carried out effectively in design engineering stage
Prepare engineering analysis of projects to include: preliminary design, method statements, calculation, reports, and life cycle cost and equipment selection.
