QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in quality assurance, business or equivalent degree
Minimum 10 years experience with managing quality management systems
Must be a Registered Safety Officer
QHSSE qualification (Nebosh/Cert IV OHS/ Dip OHA/WHS) (desirable)
Internal auditor or lead auditor qualification (mandatory)
Training and assessment qualification (desirable)
Quality management system development/maintenance experience (mandatory)
Microsoft Office suite (at least intermediate)
Valid current green book holder
Certified ISO / IMS auditors and DOSH registered
Strong interpersonal leadership and influencing skills
Strong oral and written communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum 5- 8 years of technical sales experience in Managed Pressure Drilling of which at least 2 years has been based onsite within APAC, particularly in South East Asia.

Business or Engineering diploma preferred

THRU TUBING FIELD SUPERVISOR

Supervise all load outs, help prepare tool packages.
Review all job procedures and help identify any possible issues pertaining to each job.
Make recommendations for contingency plans for fishing, milling, packer and inflate jobs.
In addition to supporting town based operations the Thru Tubing Supervisor will also be required to go off-shore and perform normal off-shore supervisor duties.
To attend client meetings and discuss upcoming campaigns and offer recommendations both written and verbal as and when required.
The Thru Tubing Supervisor may be required to attend meeting both in KSB and KL.
Act as a mentor to the junior staff whenever possible.
On call 24/7 while in country unless unreachable while off-shore at which point he is expected to report in as often as possible either by phone, message or email.
Continue training to expand knowledge and experience of thru tubing services.
Prepare and keep accurate paperwork on delivery tickets, job reports, time sheets, and other similar administrative forms.
Keep accurate paperwork of operations/tools run in the hole.
Advise customer on the proper procedures to perform a thru tubing operation and provide instruction on proper procedures.  Supervise the operation.
Promote sales of thru tubing services.
Available on a 24 hour basis to respond to customer needs.
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
QUALIFICATIONS
