“As a Trainee at MaxGrip Malaysia you are able to support your colleagues in finding answers to diverse asset, maintenance and reliability problems that drives the operational maintenance costs low and creates high reliability equipment for our customers. Responsibilities
Process and analyze data for reliability analysis for clients.
Log email and fax as received and send out acknowledgement to client.
Liaise with internal departments where required.
Ability to quickly learn reliability engineering knowledge.
Ability to maintain high accuracy at all time.
Job requirements
BSc. degree in engineering.
Having experience as a trainee or internship working within a maintenance department.
Good communication skills, diplomacy and representative.
Service minded and a pro-active attitude.
Safety First mentality.
Structural method of work and analytical capabilities.
Have the flexibility to work overseas in a multi-cultural environment (short- or long-term).

“As a Maintenance Consultant at MaxGrip Malaysia you are able to find answers to diverse asset, maintenance and reliability problems that drives the operational maintenance costs low and creates high reliability equipment for our customers. You will be working within the Infrastructure&Utilities, Oil&Gas, Food&Beverage, Heavy or in the Chemical&Steel industries. I expect you to be able to translate the clients demands towards the client goals. You have experience with program/project management and are someone who can acquire his/her own work. You will be supported by the Trainees and Engineers at the office, but on the same hand I expect you to act as a mentor towards them and to support them in their development. As your manager, you can make use of my expertise and if you need support on a project I’ll be by your side. At MaxGrip Malaysia we work as a team!”
Responsibilities
Give general advice in the field of maintenance;
Set up project planning, identify variations, risks and opportunities;
Identify leads for (additional) sales;
Writes (management) reports and articles for internal and external use;
Prepare, give and facilitate presentations independently;
Coaching and training on the job;
Provide training for customers and colleagues;
Perform/facilitate FMECA, FTA, RAMS and/or RCA;
Analyse maintenance-related data (and integrity) from Enterprise Asset Management(EAM)-Systems (like Infor/SAP/Ultimo/Maximo etc.);
Design, Implement and/or evaluate Maintenance-Concepts in EAM systems;
Optimize EAM-data, fit for client use.
Job requirements
BSc. (Ing.) Degree in a technical engineering discipline or a comparable level achieved by working experience;
At least 6 years of experience in Maintenance and Asset Management Consultancy work or having worked within a maintenance department in a managerial position;
Up to date knowledge of developments on Maintenance Management methodologies;
Good communication skills, diplomacy and representative;
Service minded and a pro-active attitude;
Safety First mentality;
Structural method of work and analytical capabilities;

“As a Business Analyst Consultant at MaxGrip Malaysia you are able to support our clients with their SAP PM. You are the connecting element between the business (maintenance) and IT and make sure they are aligned. You deal with all aspects concerning SAP PM within the maintenance department of our clients. Your knowledge of SAP PM helps them optimize and maximize their system to support the business processes. In this way you support the client with your knowledge and you ensure the integrity of the data and the customer gets more value out of their system. I am looking for someone who has worked at a multinational Oil&Gas company within a maintenance or asset management department. Next to that you are skilled with SAP PM and can support our client with their business needs regarding SAP PM.”

Describing maintenance processes within SAP PM and identify potential improvement;
Improving general and specific processes/operations;
Determine output indicators, critical management information;
Familiar with SAP PM.
