Deliver robust RE technical work that help drive the team towards excellence in pro-active Wells, Reservoir and Facility Management (WRFM) in order to optimise oil recovery under water and gas injection;

Work with other subsurface disciplines and Well Engineering in planning for any potential development wells. In particular, ensure that pore pressure prediction ranges capture the full range of uncertainties as part of the Well Delivery Process;

Be actively involved in technical engagements with key stakeholders, both internal and external, including P&T, Partners and the Regulator (PETRONAS). Seek early alignment on technical issues and establish strong working relationships;

Ensure work is subjected to appropriate internal and external reviews to ensure that deliverables are fit-for-purpose;

Ensure compliance with Shell annual business deliverables (Business Plan, ARPR etc) including any internal review requirements and deliver discipline standard documentation in-line with Discipline Controls and Assurance Framework (DCAF) requirements;

Coach junior team members by frequent face-to-face technical engagements and taking a prominent role in organising knowledge sharing events;

Contribute to the company's HSSE targets and aspirations. Adhere to process safety and safety critical rules relevant for Reservoir Engineering.
