Sanggul Emas main responsibility and concern is to provide consultation / design / procurement / after sales and maintenance services. We have a service workshop to facilitate repairs/modification for rotating equipments and dedicated personnel to visit offshore platforms in assistance to operators. We have a workshop in Kuala Lumpur and in Kemaman Supply Base (Terengannu).

Software Engineer
Responsibilities:
Working on variety of platforms and products (Mobile/ Web) externally
Conceptualizing and creating new exciting products internally

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science/ Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication) or equivalent

Solution Architect
Responsibilities:
Lead, manage and provide support to a team of engineers
Utilise experience gained from various industries, clients and projects within the IT industry to architect consumer technology solutions (Mobile, Web, CMC Applications)
Ensure client requirements are achievable and falls within original scope estimate and budget
Ensure any change requests are estimated and priced accordingly
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in IT industry as a Solution Architect and/ or Lead Developer
Extensive technical background in numerous back-end frameworks (Django, RoR, MVC4 (C#), Grails, Node.js) and programming or scripting languages (Java or C#, PHP/ Python/ Ruby/ JavaScript) front-end frameworks (angular.js, Ember.js, jguery)

Service Engineer - PUMPS
Responsibilities:
• Will be working on booster sets, expansion vessels, control panels, circulation pumps, inverters and centrifugal pumps, pressurization units and covering HVAC/ building services
• Advice line manager and scheduling department, if you envisage an issue getting to a customer on time and advice why this is the case
• Carry out risk assessments on each job as required, raising concerns to line manager
• Setting up and commissioning of new equipment • Provide feedback on parts used in line with procedures to complete a task
• Carry out on-the-job training as directed by the line manager
• Liaise with customer on site
Requirements:
• Minimum of Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year working experience(technical) in the related field
• Experience working as a Pump Service Engineer would be an added advantage

Service Engineer - VALVES
Responsibilities:
• Servicing will include new equipment installation, training, troubleshooting and repair
• Be responsible for assembly and disassembly of standard valves and actuators
• Perform leakage, seat, and final tests on all valves
• Condition based maintenance services and performance measurement of control valves in line with customer’s maintenance strategy; includes on-site basic maintenance, troubleshooting basic problems and installing control valves
• Perform control valve upgrades and optimization of installed base
• Troubleshooting and problemsolver, based on system diagnostics
• Manage and pro-actively engage in in-house service work for repairs or overhauls

Service Engineer - INSTRUMENTS
Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of instruments
• Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs
• Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location
• Provide on-site training to the customers
• Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support or services, product management, manufacturing and marketing or sales
• Develop service technical documentation
• Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database
• Timely complete and submit all required paperwork
