Position Details:

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Performs routine and emergency maintenance on electrical, electronic and pneumatic equipment

Devises a preventative maintenance program including periodic inspection, testing, adjustment, calibration and servicing activities necessary to assure the proper operation of process equipment and control systems

Collects and evaluates component failure data to develop and maintain an inventory of replacement components and parts to ensure expedient field repairs

Performs systems tests and fault diagnostics to identify and correct system failures, periodic inspections, testing, adjustments, calibrations and servicing necessary to ensure the proper operation of process equipment and control systems

Reviews technical problems, provides direction and guidance and become personally involved in the solution of operations problems

Performs acceptance tests of new equipment. Inspects the installation of equipment for conformance with plans and specifications; prepares new, or modify existing operating and maintenance procedures

Coordinates and works closely with Operations teams to devise maintenance plans and improvement works, monitors work progress, ensures all works are completed on time with minimal interruption to production

Initiates and supports MOCs related to electrical, electronic and pneumatic equipment, PCN changes and other not in-kind changes

Trains new employees and other technical personnel in the maintenance and efficient operation of control systems

Ensures compliance to the PCS policies, updates related document as required by the PCS standard, Function as PCN coordinator for Singapore Plant, trains operations staff to ensure their understanding of the PCS policy and standards requirements

Maintains a library of current equipment operating and maintenance manuals, special test and calibrating procedures, system drawings, original equipment manufacturer's literature, specifications, and system diagnostic files

Required Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in E&I or Electrical Discipline

2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in refinery, petrochemical, or chemical industry

Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Able to work independently and in teams

Experience with Yokogawa DCS system is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

Possess hands-on experience in handling hi-tech E&I equipment

Some knowledge on PLC

Position Details:

This position is accountable for the profitability of the East District in Marine Lubricants, which includes sales, the execution of marketing strategies, and cross-functional coordination for the overall business, including supply chain and marketing.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Supports Account Managers in the tender process from tender/query to contract award:
*Handles customer enquiries when Account Managers are on sales calls
*Performs Denied Party Screening (DPS), set up/update customer accounts in SAP & in used oil analysis system
*Supports preliminary bid preparations, follow-up queries and in contract management

Be the steward of Marine Salesforce.com (SFDC.com) in data governance, be the power user of SFDC.com for the district and provide administrative support to Account Managers on data entry where appropriate.

Performs qualifying (screening) of prospects in Lloyd’s Report on vessel details and various sources, and make appointments, where possible, for Account Managers

Provides follow-up support to Account Managers in the areas of credit performance and generates used oil analysis sample charges (FAST) on a regular basis

Provides reporting and analytical support to the District Manager for the District Sales Meetings and the Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) on opportunity and account management in SFDC.com;
Provides volume and NOI analysis of customer profitability (MOS) results and in the annual account planning process

Attends the S&OP meeting and Demand Review meetings, collates demand forecast from Account Managers and consolidate for the Marine monthly Global Demand Plan for the East and prepares Business Cases (for PASMAP)

Assists marketing activities, working with the Marine Marketing team to roll out new programs, products and other marketing initiatives to improve value proposition. Be the point of contact in East District for exhibitions.

Ensures appropriate LPOs and LI/NLIs are completed timely and in line with targets agreed at monthly LPS meeting. Tracks monthly LPO schedule to ensure the District meets the LPO commitments

Required Qualifications:

Minimum Polytechnic/Diploma holder

3 to 5 years of relevant experience

Experience in Sales Support or Direct Sales

Strong analytical & IT skills

Knowledge and experience of Salesforce.com

Advance excel & SAP background would be an advantage
