•Materials Supply Planning for Auto parts (Air filters, Oil filters, Fuel Injectors, Car Care Products i.e 100+ items) and 3rd party lubes for Petromin Express and RSU
•Deployment planning for all Auto parts/Lubes across the network of operations warehouses for Petromin Express and RSU business
•Manage min/max stocks for all Auto parts and 3rd party lubes at all operation warehouses
•Support the contract management for more than 5 local and foreign Auto Parts Suppliers
•Act as a focal point for Auto parts sales forecast, Sales & Operations Planning Meeting and Pertaining updates to suppliers.
•Act as a focal point for any Auto parts items development with foreign suppliers e.g Co-Branding etc
•Act as Operations focal point for Oracle upgrade (new modules), covering the areas: Materials Planning, Production Planning and Execution, Product Costing, Delivery, Inbound Logistics, Warehouse Management and solutions for associated enablers
•Accountable for on time delivery of Oracle Upgrade/re-implementation for Operations
•Manage data activities, cut-over activities, testing of the standard solution for Oracle update
•Act as Integration focal point between Operation’s different functions, local IT and Oracle 3rd party Consultants
•Maintain and Report Operations Business Scorecard for more than 70 KPIs
•Assist Supply Chain Manager & VP Operations for preparation of operations staff incentive
•Assist annual budget planning for operations expenditure of annual 80 Million SR and Capex expenditure of 8 Mn SR in coordination with SCM & VP Ops
•Assist and conduct any cost bench marking exercise for Operations
•Be the part of any Operations processes design exercise
Supply Chain Management of Auto Parts/3rd Party Lubricants
Make Autoparts/Lubricants available for Retail Sales Units (RSUs) & Petromin Express, at all Operations warehouses for readily sale at customers’ demands. This Includes:
•Liaise with businesses for the quarterly forecast
•Benchmarking of Min Max Stocks levels at all plants and warehouses for Auto Parts/Lubes
•Placing orders for Auto part/3rd party lubes to suppliers for on time optimum stock availability
•Deployment planning of PE/RSU related Auto Parts/Lubes, across the country network. This is to execute the short term plan to ensure that the right product is available at each location within the network in order to meet PE OTIF/RSU Forecast
•Coordinate assessing supply chain capability to meet exceptional requirements and urgent Auto parts orders
•Responsible for Item Costing and Variances in view of Supplier Price Changing for Auto Parts/3rd party lubes
•Be focal point for any PE customer related complaint, related to Auto parts/Lubes
•Support contract management with all related external suppliers
Support Oracle New Release Upgrade/Reimplementation
•Act as Oracle Operations focal point for EBS upgrade/implementation of the new modules, covering the areas: Materials Planning, Production Planning and Execution, Product Costing, Delivery, Inbound Logistics, Warehouse Management and solutions for associated enablers
•Work closely with the Businesses, Local IT/Oracle 3rd party consultants for
AS-IS and TO-BE analysis & resolution
•Be the active part of any Business Process Reengineering process during implementation
•Work closely with the Oracle Deploy Manager to: Align team actions and timelines to fit compatibly with overall Project deliverables
•Report Oracle project progress to plan and manage/escalate issues where required
•Manage data activities, cut-over activities, testing of the standard solution
• Act as data cleanse/maintenance focal point during Pre and Post Oracle implementation
•Support the training/role mapping/organisation mapping in line with the Oracle project plans
•Work closely with the respective CoB/F -Business Leads to manage aspects of integration
•Acquire a good knowledge of the target processes and be able to drive that into the organisation
