About the Job:
We are currently looking to recruit two Customer Service Representatives to ensure that daily customer requirements are managed and planned for.
The key responsibilities are as follows:
* Inbound and Outbound systems functionality - GR & GI accuracy
* Inbound and Outbound documentation - ensuring the accuracy of customs documentations
* Reporting - accurately updating all of the internal reports in a timely manner
* Customer Service - increasing customers' confidence
* Inventory Controls - PI counts & subsequent systems transaction
