Role Summary/Purpose
Manage assigned customer service area through leadership and development of team (field engineers, biomedical technicians, field technicians, etc). Create an environment to achieve ultimate customer loyalty. Provide leadership in setting and achieving assigned goals in the profitable installation, maintenance and repair of GEHC products and the growth of the service contract base.
Essential Responsibilities
- Accountable for positive leadership of direct reports to include ongoing direction, coaching, and career development. - Drives business results, accountable for CM and manages customer relationships within area of responsibility - Owns operational processes (PM completion, FE Tool utilization, parts return). - Leads and cultivates a culture of GE Values and integrity. - Leverage internal relationships to enhance business performance and customer experiences. Promotes a safe working environment and ensures compliance with applicable EHS policies and procedures. - Develop metrics on field service profitability and resource models to maximize productivity. Lead and develop infrastructure/backroom in support of technical requirements. - Responsible of Cash and Past dues actions and follow up - Escalation resolution - Owns and guarantees the quality of the IB data for the zone (MUST) - Participates in the deployment and management of the EOL program in the zone - Distributor management, drive distributor to achieve results and liase between GE and distributor - Must have Level 1 X-Ray Technical Support - Project Management
Qualifications/Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of leadership experience in management or indvidual leadership role or equivalent (defined as High School Diploma/GED and 6 years progressive experience with leadership experience direct or indirect or technical experience. 2. Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives 3. Exceptional interpersonal skills 4. Willingness to travel within your specified geographic region
