About the Job:
We are currently looking for experience Technicians to join our Fast Fit Team in Sharjah. As a Technician your main responsibility is to provide reliable fault finding and produce accurate corrective repair to result in good productivity and satisfaction to the customer and to ensure that the assigned service jobs are executed in line with established work procedures, time standards and housekeeping standards so that the overall objectives of productivity are met or exceeded.
Specifically, you will be responsible to:
* Recognize fault (or additional fault) and advice Lead Technician for necessary action.
* Assist/guide fellow technicians in case of difficult problems.
* Commitment to fore court activity. Execute assigned jobs according to established work procedures and time standards. Give ideas for improvement regarding tools, equipment and workshop processes/systems thereby achieving timely delivery.
* Report accurate/completeness of information given on job card to ensure repair quality. Ensure that he uses safety equipment/gear and follows all safety procedures. Do not indulge in unauthorized driving or repair work.
* Keeps abreast of new technology, work procedures, time standard and relevant technical knowhow to maintain or improve work productivity and quality.
* Ensure cleanliness of the workplace, tools and equipment and also of the customer's car being serviced
* Maintain the discipline of the service establishment through strict adherence of company rules, regulations and procedures.
