A growing provider of integrated security solutions is looking for a Sales Manager to pro-actively manage a team of Sales Engineers. Applicants must have experience within the security systems sector and have previously managed a team. You will be responsible for motivating, training, mentoring and ensuring the team hits revenue targets. Applicants must be currently based in the UAE. The salary is circa 20Kaed + Bonus, car, laptop.
The role:
· Manage a small team of sales executives focusing on the Security Systems market - CCTV/Access Control
· Manage and develop the sales team
· Conduct training
· Conduct regular appraisals
· Assist the team in developing profitable new business
Applicants must have experience within the Security Systems sector - CCTV, Intruder, Access Control
