PROJECT
Parsons looks forward to providing Operations & Maintenance management and supervision services for all O&M projects and contracts led by the Jeddah Municipality. We will coordinate and effectively manage the ongoing and up-coming Operations & Maintenance, renovation and improvement projects / contracts.
POSITION OVERVIEW
-Inspects various facets of building work on site and performs continuous surveillance of assigned activities to ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
-Documents non-conformance and may participate in determining appropriate resolution. Inspection activities will include the following areas: maintenance, repair, alteration and painting, welding, heating, air conditioning, venting, electrical, locks and hardware work.
