Job Description / Responsibility
Monitoring & Supervising interior work under DBL Construction
Co-ordination with Architect, Designers & Interior contractor
Should have enough capability to lead the work force & get the job done with optimum finishing quality
Capable of handling more than two projects at a time
Interiors & Exteriors related finishing & construction working.
Decoration working area expert
Expert all finishing work
Overseeing all the details of the project from beginning to the end.
Supervision of works as per drawing.
Reporting about the progress of the project.
Coordinating with the entire department that is involved in the project.
Complete of all the documentation required for the project.
Ensuring quality of work.
Solve all kind of construction problem of contractor with the help of manager.
Schedule the project in logical steps and project.
Prepare requirement of monthly materials.
Giving data for making progress of the project.
Provide direct connection between the project manager and contractors.
Prepare & Checkout a BOQ of the Project.
Perform any other job as assigned by the management.

Estimate & Costing
Knowledge of Auto Cad will be counted as advantage
