Job Description :
Taking proactive measures to deliver the agreed upon items to the highest levels of quality. This includes planning, tracking, monitoring specific indicators and holding regular SQ meetings with the customer.
Ensure all personnel are qualified and certified to carry out the operations in a safe and professional manner
Ensure that competency assessment of all field personnel is current
Ensure Appropriate distribution of tasks based on his/her team's training, skill level and experience with Proper briefing and debriefing
Ensure process maps as per the company standards are in place and implemented
In the event of a SQ non-conformance, promptly identifying and reporting the event, analyzing it, taking appropriate actions, communicating with the customer, ensuring rapid closure and recovery and finally taking proactive measures to ensure future prevention.
Raise the quality and safety awareness with in the country of assignment
Performs regular workshop, job and well site visits and audits the Service Delivery Process identifying areas for improvement.
Full responsibility of all assets for the PL in the country and report any missing items promptly
Hold SQM with Customers on regular basis based on the level of activity
Follow up on equipment transfer and logistics
Reporting and full investigation of all quality related incidents in the country for the PL in accordance to the company guidelines
Capturing of the required information in the corresponding system and Analyzing such information and trends, taking the required actions in a spirit of continuous improvement
Ensure all related business systems are fully utilized and all jobs are recorded on the WPTS with customer approval and feed back
Monitor and enhance location KPI's related to equipment, Quality, Lost time etc.
Ensure that all preventive maintenance programs are implemented at all times
Taking appropriate actions to mitigate potential risk based on the indicators monitored.
Ensure all crews are being briefed before every job and check lists for operations are done well ahead of time
Leads and directs the location’s efforts in HSE and Service Quality. Directs and participates in Safety and Service Quality meetings.
Work with FOM on problem solving and assist the operations in troubleshooting
Organizes and controls the maintenance of all equipment in accordance with the procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
Job Qualifications
Technical Knowledge of the Product Line
Process oriented and self-starter
O&G Experience of not less than 7 years
Field Experience of not less than 5 years
Education level not less than High School + 2 years
Ability to spend more time in the field for on the job training and operations audits
