Safety Commitment:

Basic Function: works towards developing a thorough understanding of clients shipping requirements and patterns by planning and scheduling appropriate service line for situations (ground, expedited, air, ocean, etc) to maintain a cost effective balance between customer service and cost of shipments. Follow up and tracking all Weatherford Assets imported to the country.

Job Experience, Training & Certification Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience of Logistics internally and import / export for oil and gas industry Management.

Nationality : Iraqi

Bachelor Degree

Fluent in English, written and spoken and strong verbal and written skills.

Willing to travel to remote locations.

Strong computer skills --Microsoft Excel, Word

Job Description:  Roles & Responsibilities:

Strong skills working in multi cultural environment.

The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations

Utilize various transportation provider software systems, to facilitate material movement planning and scheduling.

Prepare and update Daily and monthly logistics, schedule to assure deliveries to production locations. Coordinate product delivery schedules with PL

Coordinate daily activity to track location and movement of inventory finished goods and raw materials via rail cars, barges, and trucks. Provide reports to internal and external customers as required.

Assist in obtaining necessary transportation permits for inbound coal and outbound coke shipments, as required facilitating timely movements via rail and barge.

Organizes and maintains hard copy and electronic documentation supporting order fulfillment, distribution means, pricing, and contractual obligations,

Codes, and prepares proper paperwork for billing and authorization of a variety of invoices per defined processes,

Initiates overcharge/undercharge freight bill claims with carriers and tracks reconciliation of the same per regulatory standards,

Re-routes freight as needed to meet demands and minimize costs

Initiates shrink threshold and loss claims with warehouse providers and tracking reconciliation of the same per contract standards,

Verifies accuracy of physical inventory when needed,

Answers questions regarding sourcing from internal and external customers as needed,

Overview performance of third party material handling services.

Provide project development support to multiple departments within the organization.

Ensure compliance with all company, Country, environmental, safety, and hazardous waste regulations.

Should be prepare JP and MOB forms for each shipment and check physically if there is damage we have to inform logistics supervisor or QHSE to prepare NCR.

Assist in the preparation of Freight Forwarder Performance Report .

Special project support as required.

Ensures that goods are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner according to documented processes, including planning the transportation route and payload, selecting the mode of transportation, tendering the order for transportation, and tracking the shipment from pick up through delivery all the while targeting cost reduction, freight savings, service and contractual requirements;

Assembles load fragments into consolidated loads thus balancing freight savings, service and contractual / legal requirements;

Any further tasks that might be required by your Direct Supervisor/Manager.

Should be prepare daily transportation work order daily on site vehicles reports and verified from logistics supervisor
